About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our team, focusing on performance improvement and analysis. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying areas of underperformance and developing strategies to enhance business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes of performance issues and propose data-driven solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement performance metrics and dashboards.
  3. Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business decision-making.
  4. Assist in creating tools and processes to improve data visibility and facilitate informed decision-making.
  5. Maintain and monitor departmental KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or Economics from a reputable institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in performance analysis or business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to structure complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and PowerBI would be an asset.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
