Job Description

The role of Lead, Performance is a pivotal position in our team. It involves leveraging data-driven insights to optimize logistics operations and drive performance improvement.

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and areas for enhancement. You will create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics such as delivery times, cost per order, and rider utilization.

A critical aspect of this role is presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. This includes highlighting opportunities for improvement, identifying challenges, and proposing strategies to address them.

In addition to data analysis, you will manage the cost per order budget to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with finance teams to set targets, monitor deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Analyzing market conditions such as rider utilization, inflation, and competitor activity is also essential. This information will inform decisions on rider earnings and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications for this role include at least 3 years of experience in data-related positions. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is also required.

  • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
    • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
    • Presents findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Rider Payout Planning:
    • Manage the cost per order budget to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Work closely with finance teams to set targets, monitor deviations, and implement corrective actions.
    • Design earnings plans for riders to incentivize performance while controlling costs.
