We are seeking an experienced Compliance Training Specialist to join our team. This is a contract role that involves developing and delivering training programs for employees on compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures, as well as experience in developing and delivering training programs. They should also possess strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and collaboratively.

The Compliance Training Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing training materials and programs to ensure employees understand and comply with regulatory requirements;
  • Conducting training sessions to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures;
  • Evaluating employee understanding and knowledge of compliance requirements through assessments and feedback;
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities and employee performance.
