Tech Lead / Full-Stack Developer – Muslim Meetup Platform (business partner Equity + Milestone Pay)

About the Project

We are building a Muslim Meetup Platform – a unique space for Muslims abroad (UK, USA, Europe) to find events, communities, and social opportunities. Think of it as "Meetup for Muslims", with a strong ethical, social, and community focus.

This is a long-term, meaningful project — not just a job. You'll be part of something with a powerful vision.

What We're Looking For

We are hiring a Tech Lead who can:

  • Work daily from our office (launch base salary or equity-only option)
  • Lead full development from idea to launch
  • Be committed to finishing projects
  • Have previous full-stack project experience
  • Build MVP quickly and take ownership of quality & delivery

Your Technical Role

  • Build & maintain the web platform (React, Node, Next.js or your stack)
  • Set up backend (Firebase, Supabase, or your choice)
  • Develop admin dashboard and user panel
  • Collaborate on future app development (React Native or Flutter)
