Technical Sales Professional

We're seeking a talented Sales & Proposal Engineer to contribute to our team's success at Engineering Services. With a strong engineering background and a passion for technical sales and proposals, you'll excel in this role.
About the Job:
- Develop strategic plans to promote after-sales business, driving growth through effective market analysis and sales data interpretation.
- Analyze sales data and industry trends to identify areas of expansion, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Conduct cost estimations and market research to provide valuable insights, informing our business decisions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing your expertise in after-sales services.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts to close deals, leveraging your exceptional communication skills.
- Maintain regular client communication to identify upselling opportunities, building long-term relationships.
- Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction, upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Requirements:
Education: BE/BS in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, providing a solid foundation for success in the FMCG sector.
Experience: 2–3 years, preferably in after-sales for a service-oriented industry, demonstrating adaptability and expertise.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- Understanding of drawings, manuals, and refrigeration systems (ammonia & freon), air compressors, and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations, ensuring seamless operations.
Additional Skills:
- A strong analytical mindset for cost estimations and market analysis, driving informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, effectively juggling multiple tasks.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment, remaining agile and responsive.
