Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various technical roles within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. They will be responsible for creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position, as well as proactively building the pipeline of potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques such as employer branding and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SOURCE AND IDENTIFY TALENT: Utilize databases, networking, internet sources, cold calls, and referrals to find qualified candidates for technical roles.
  • FULL RECRUITMENT CYCLE: Screen, interview, complete references, and negotiate compensation for selected candidates.
  • CORE COMPETENCIES:
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
  • HIRING STRATEGY: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring plans to meet staffing needs.


Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a technical recruiter in the IT industry.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or any other relevant field.

Other Details:
  • Office Hours: 12 pm to 9 pm.
