We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our organization.
- Job Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages, implementing training and development plans, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- They will also carry out additional administration assigned to the payroll team, provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, independent advice and support to Managers/Supervisors and employees, and prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Additionally, they will plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions, inform employees about additional benefits they're eligible for, and update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records is also an essential part of this role.
- The successful candidate will forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- They will develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization, monitor budgets by department, and process employees' queries and respond promptly.
- Furthermore, they will stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field is required.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A strong knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems is also required.
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills and hands-on experience on HRM software is preferred.
