ERP Functional Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive ERP Functional Support professional to join our IT Department. This position will be responsible for providing ongoing functional support for all restaurants and head offices, instrumental in pre- and post-ERP implementation activities, user training, and ensuring the smooth operation of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Techno Functional Leads in projects, develop and deliver training materials, demos, CRPs, and conduct onsite user training.
  • Participate in cross-functional testing, prepare test cases, and proactively assist in IT plan implementation including requirement gathering and prototyping.
  • Establish guidelines for evaluating application systems, and perform user creation/deletion and roles definition in ERP under supervision.
  • Be involved in various phases of the project life cycle and contribute to the delivery of new projects.
  • Maintain liaisons with business and technical staff for issue resolution, and work with end-users to analyze, design, and implement small applications.
  • Collaborate with end-users on functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Communicate requisitions to application developers, provide functional support for development, and contribute to Business Process Re-engineering.
  • Act as the focal person for IT/ERP operational needs, manage IT forms/policies, central repositories, and the Helpdesk.
  • Serve as a POC for audits, ensure timely user account management for domain and software applications, and prepare documentation for new products/features.
Qualification & Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years in process automation understanding and support within a retail environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including user administration, functional modules, and support within a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in managing IT/ERP operational needs, including helpdesk management, IT policies, central repositories, and audit coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously.
