What You'll Do:

Lead and executeSalesforce integrationprojects with a focus onOracle ERP to Workday Finance and Billingmigration.
Analyze business and technical requirements to designscalable integration solutions.
Develop, configure, and optimizeSalesforce, Workday, and middleware tools(MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Work closely with stakeholders todefine migration strategies and ensure seamless data transfer.
Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices forERP migrations and Salesforce integrations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:5+ years inSalesforce integration, data migration, and enterprise system transformations.
ERP Migration Expertise:Hands-on experience movingOracle ERP to Workday Finance and Billing.
Technical Skills:Proficiency inSalesforce, Workday, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and API-based integrations.
Functional Knowledge:Strong understanding offinance, billing processes, and enterprise system architecture.
Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and data migration challenges.
Communication Skills:Excellent ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
