Job Title: Enterprise CRM and Billing Solutions Architect

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level CRM and billing solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Billing solutions.
  • Integration Management: Manage end-to-end integrations with ERP, payment gateways, customer portals, and other enterprise systems.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Customization and Configuration: Lead customizations, configurations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365.
  • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and define roadmaps.
  • System Performance and Security: Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of CRM & Billing systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot performance issues and oversee system upgrades and patches.
  • DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment management.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its CRM and Billing modules.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and guiding them towards successful project delivery.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
