Senior Automation Testing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Testing Leader to drive the development and execution of automated testing strategies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mentor junior team members in automation testing best practices and techniques.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive automation testing plans to ensure high-quality software releases.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation testing opportunities.
  4. Design and develop reusable automated test frameworks to streamline testing efforts.
  5. Conduct thorough testing of software applications using various tools and technologies.
  6. Provide expert-level guidance on automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation testing with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Excellent knowledge of automated software testing tools such as Quick Test Pro, LoadRunner, and WinRunner.
  • Experience in designing and developing automated test frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certification in automation testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms.
