Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our development efforts.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive business growth and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and Development: Conduct thorough research on new technologies and methodologies to improve our operations and stay ahead of the competition.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to diversify our activities and drive revenue growth.
  3. Project Management: Monitor and oversee all development projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency throughout the organization.
  5. Financial Analysis: Collaborate with the Financial team to prepare feasibility reports and conduct financial analysis on proposed projects.
  6. Business Development: Negotiate and manage new business deals to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  7. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to our processes and procedures to ensure we are using best practices.
  8. Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a basic understanding of financial principles and concepts.
  9. Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations to Senior Management as required.
Requirements
  • Engineering Knowledge: Possess knowledge of engineering products and be able to prepare feasibility reports.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and manage new business deals.
