Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present design concepts that balance ambiance, functionality, and brand identity.
  • Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client visions and expectations.
  • Select and source furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials that enhance the dining and lounge experience.
  • Oversee project implementation, ensuring accurate execution during construction.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building codes specific to hospitality environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [3-5] years of professional experience in interior design for commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, particularly in hospitality settings.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative vision with a keen eye for detail, color, lighting, and spatial flow to enhance guest experiences.
