Job Opportunity – Admin & HR Officer
Location: Kot Lakhpat, Lahore
SALARY :40-50K
We are seeking a responsible and energetic Admin & HR Officer to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The role requires someone who can ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, handle staff support activities, and assist with basic HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Manage office supplies, housekeeping, kitchen, and overall workplace upkeep.
- Handle guest reception and hospitality arrangements.
- Oversee security arrangements, office assets, and facilities management.
- Coordinate transport, travel, and accommodation when required.
- Maintain administrative records and assist in payroll/attendance support.
- Support HR in maintaining employee files and basic documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Graduate (BA/ BBA or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Administration (industry experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
