Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager. This position requires a graduate degree, with a preference for an MBA in Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate employee databases and ensure up-to-date information.
  2. Manage employee leave records and oversee timely updates.
  3. Lead the recruitment and selection process from start to finish.
  4. Process monthly payroll details and facilitate employee settlements.
  5. Communicate company updates through inter-office memos and notifications as required.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and annual appraisals.
  7. Organize in-house training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills.
