The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

1)    Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire process of attracting, screening, hiring, and onboarding new employees. 

2)    
Employee Relations: Addressing workplace issues and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. 

3)    
Performance Management: Developing and implementing systems to track employee performance, conduct evaluations, and support employee development. 

4)    
Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring fair compensation practices. 

5)    
Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations and stays updated on changes. 

6)    
Employee Engagement and Development: Creating initiatives, training programs, and a positive work culture to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. 

7)    
HR Strategy: Aligning HR strategies and initiatives with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum 02 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
