We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to enhance our customer service quality in Lahore, Pakistan.
- Handle multiple conversations simultaneously with customers via chats, calls, and emails.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during interactions, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Digital literacy and data entry skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google products, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Knowledge of e-hailing services, products, travel couriers.
- Competent verbal and written communication skills.
- Native language speaker (dependent on supported country).
- Typing speed of at least 100 words per minute.
- Experience in using Customer Service CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
