E-Commerce Assistant

The ideal candidate will be a resourceful and detail-oriented professional with strong online experience. This role requires blending administrative coordination, inventory management, data reporting, and community engagement.

  • Support account managers with tasks involving administrative coordination, inventory tracking, and data analysis.
  • Track inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and handle purchase orders.
  • Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Manage email inboxes, scheduling, and priorities.
  • Engage with customers and community members via forums, comments, and direct messages.
  • Extract and organize marketing and ad performance data.
  • Assist with operational tasks requiring technical skills.
  • Maintain accuracy when working with reports and tracking systems.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of online work experience.
  • Proficient/advanced in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with various software not required but preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working with inventory and data reporting platforms.
Technical Requirements
  • A laptop or desktop with an i5 processor.
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed.
