We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team

Job Description:

This is a remote opportunity that requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Optimize product listings for clarity and conversion across all platforms.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
  • Respond to customer reviews and maintain brand trust and engagement.
  • Update visual content as needed, including website banners, landing pages, and product photos.
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or related field.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
