Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to manage our office procedures and support our daily operations.

  • Manage stock levels of office supplies and place orders as required.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and budget management.
  • Maintain and update company databases with accurate information.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Provide assistance to employees and clients via phone and email.
  • Review and update office policies as needed.
  • Coordinate the company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails and packages.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements.
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
  • Experience with office management software, particularly MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
