We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to manage our office procedures and support our daily operations.
- Manage stock levels of office supplies and place orders as required.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and budget management.
- Maintain and update company databases with accurate information.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Provide assistance to employees and clients via phone and email.
- Review and update office policies as needed.
- Coordinate the company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails and packages.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
- Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
- Experience with office management software, particularly MS Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
