Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and taxation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets across multiple business units.
  • Manage accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation, and export regulations.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports, and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-border transactions, bank dealings, and export/import documentation.
  • Drive digital finance transformation by integrating ERP/QuickBooks systems and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance, corporate finance, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks/ERP, MS Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
