Job Summary
We seek a seasoned Creative Director to spearhead the development and execution of our brand strategy. This role is responsible for leading creative initiatives, managing a team of designers, and driving innovative branding solutions.

About the Role
As a Creative Director, you will lead cross-functional teams in creating compelling brand experiences across all touchpoints. Your expertise in brand strategy, digital design, and leadership will be crucial in shaping our company's visual identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business goals.
• Lead the design and development of visually stunning graphics, product branding assets, and digital content.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and UX teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers to foster an environment of innovation and creativity.
• Oversee the design and execution of branding, marketing materials, and multimedia content.
• Stay current with market trends and design standards to ensure competitive and unique branding.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a creative or design role with a proven track record in brand strategy and digital design.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
• Strong design aesthetics with a portfolio showcasing branding expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with tech companies or startups, particularly in AI or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with emerging design tools and trends and a strong grasp of digital marketing.
