We are currently hiring for the position of Creative Director at Codistan Ventures. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive creative strategies, oversee branding and design initiatives, and lead a team of designers and content creators to produce impactful and engaging visuals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Concept Development: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with brand objectives and goals.
  2. Design Creation: Create visually compelling designs for various mediums, including but not limited to digital platforms, print materials, social media, and marketing collateral.
  3. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work maintains a consistent brand identity and adheres to established guidelines and standards.
  4. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the creative process.
  5. Research & Trends: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  6. Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members, making necessary revisions and adjustments to designs as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5 - 7 years of experience in a creative design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  4. Exceptional creative and conceptual skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  5. Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to design and execution.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, taking both leadership and supportive roles as needed.
