This role will be responsible for leading a sales team focused on telecommunications. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize sales operations.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer contact data in our database.
  • Calling sales prospects in target industries to qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales force.
  • Updating our customer relationship management system with new contacts.
  • Leading and managing sales teams, setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality.

You will work closely with marketing teams to identify, define, and prioritize campaigns and provide weekly conversion results. Additionally, you must work closely with sales managers to achieve monthly sales revenue.

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong sales planning and leadership skills and knowledge of sales best practices.
  • Effective conflict resolver at senior level.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage to deadlines.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets.
