Job Overview:
The Head of Enterprise Sales - AIoT Division will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in corporate sales, particularly in partnerships with banks, key accounts, and other retail giants.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enterprise revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including banks and key retail accounts.
- Oversee key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with the brand's identity and market positioning.
- Track sales performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Leverage existing connections with top-tier management in corporate accounts to generate business leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in a senior sales position, preferably in the smartphone or AIoT industry.
- Corporate Expertise: Established connections with top-tier management in corporate banks and retail accounts.
- Sales Achievements: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Brand Understanding: Strong understanding of branding principles and their application in sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Location: Lahore (mandatory).
