Job Overview

This role presents an excellent opportunity to join our Operations team as a Patient Facilitation Specialist. You will be responsible for setting up appointments for medical tests and surveys, managing data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who can:

  • Set up appointments for medical tests and surveys.
  • Verify data collection forms and surveys for accuracy.
  • Update customer relationship management systems with accurate information and notes.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and doctors regarding clinical studies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • O'Levels/Matriculation or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Availability to work five days a week, 9 hours per day.
  • A minimum age of 18 years and a valid national identity card.
