Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using various tools such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and Gumloop.

You will work closely with senior engineers and automation architects to design workflow logic, connect databases, build AI agents, and automate business processes across e-commerce, SaaS, lead gen, and internal tools.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with automation platforms, understanding of APIs, and familiarity with AI tools. Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and Gumloop
  • Connect databases like Supabase, Firebase, Airtable and CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel
  • Assist in designing and deploying AI agents (chatbots, voice agents, copilots)
  • Debug, test, and optimize existing automation scenarios
  • Document workflows and create Loom walkthroughs or SOPs for handoff

Requirements:

  • Experience with any automation platform: Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or Gumloop
  • Understanding of APIs: how to use webhooks, authentication, and handle JSON
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or ElevenLabs is a bonus
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks or projects with accountability
