Job Description

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity and leading creative concepts. This role is responsible for developing marketing initiatives that connect with the target audience.

Creative Direction & Campaign Development
  • Conceptualize campaigns that align with the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Lead art direction for photo and video shoots, focusing on storytelling, styling, and mood to align with the brand vision.
  • Coordinate shoot production, collaborating with photographers, stylists, models, and vendors to ensure a cohesive look and feel.
Content & Visual Marketing
  • Develop creative assets for the website, landing pages, and digital campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Oversee styling for campaigns, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
  • Craft engaging content for newsletters, email marketing, and promotional materials, highlighting key brand messages.
Digital & Social Media Execution
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a user-generated content strategy, leveraging customer engagement.
  • Support the rollout of social media content calendars, ensuring timely and impactful creative assets.
  • Align creative execution with digital performance goals, measuring reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
  • Partner with Design, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure creative alignment across collections and launches.
  • Work with Client Advisory and Sales teams to integrate marketing efforts with customer experience, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas that elevate brand visibility and reputation.
Performance & Insights
  • Monitor the impact of creative campaigns through analytics and audience feedback, making data-driven decisions.
  • Recommend improvements in storytelling, visuals, and channel mix based on insights from market research and customer behavior.
