Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in business partnering, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of our business unit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to foster strong work relationships, build positive morale and culture, and drive productivity and retention.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • HR Policy Guidance: Provide expert HR policy guidance and advice throughout the Employee Life Cycle for both FTE & CTE staff.
  • Program Execution: Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the business unit.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated with best HR practices across industry and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Work closely with management and employees on employee engagement, including improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity and retention.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of HR Programs through the tracking of key measures.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as liaison with other HR COE teams to coordinate development of programs, systems and processes to support the business.
  • Full Life-Cycle Support: Act in both strategic and tactical capacities providing comprehensive Human Resources support.
  • Vendor Management: Be accountable for the HR Service Delivery via multiple Outsourced Vendors for their respective region.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct thorough and objective investigations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in the Human Resource department with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certification: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Key Skills: Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
