Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical HR Business Analyst to support key HR functions. The ideal candidate will focus on streamlining recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, and managing grievance processes.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner across departments, providing insights, data-driven recommendations, and operational support to improve overall HR effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop suitable sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate assessments.
    • Employee Engagement & Retention
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
    • Measure employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms, analyzing results for actionable insights.
    • Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.
      • Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
      • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees raising concerns or grievances.
      • Conduct investigations related to workplace issues, ensuring confidentiality and impartiality.
      • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely, fair, and professional manner.
        • Data & Reporting
        • Maintain accurate employee records, including recruitment metrics, engagement scores, and grievance cases.
        • Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
        • Prepare reports for management on recruitment activities, engagement levels, and grievance outcomes.
          • HR Process Optimization
          • Support continuous improvement of HR processes related to recruitment, engagement, and grievance management.
          • Assist in policy development and awareness campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in recruitment, employee engagement, or grievance handling.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—approachable and empathetic.
  • Ability to work flexibly with timings and prioritize workload.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
