Translation Opportunity: Bible for the Blind and Deaf

We are involved in an initiative to provide immediate access to Scripture for individuals who cannot hear or see. Using the Symbolic Universal Notation (SUN) process, we translate Bible content into accessible formats.

The objective of this project is to offer deaf and blind individuals worldwide equal access to the Gospel. To achieve this, we need translators with expertise in Urdu language.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create accurate and clear translations from English to Urdu.
  2. Collaborate with our team as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent proficiency in both English and Urdu.
  2. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel.
  3. Access to a computer and internet connection.
  4. Ability to commit 10-12 hours of service per week.

This remote opportunity can take several months to complete and presents a unique chance to participate in a volunteer ministry that brings the Gospel to marginalized communities.
