Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and closing leads on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

  6. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential lead sources.
  7. Performance Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  1. Background: 1-4 years of experience in business development or outbound lead generation, specifically in the software industry.
  2. Performance History: Track record of generating and closing leads on platforms like LinkedIn.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Sales Techniques: Strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and lead nurturing techniques.
  5. Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  6. CRT Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
