Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and closing leads on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads on LinkedIn and other platforms as required.
- Client Identification: Identify and target potential clients based on our product/service offerings, focusing on the software industry.
- Strategy Execution: Execute strategies to build a strong sales pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM tools for tracking lead status, client interactions, and generating reports.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize outreach efforts.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential lead sources.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Background: 1-4 years of experience in business development or outbound lead generation, specifically in the software industry.
- Performance History: Track record of generating and closing leads on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales Techniques: Strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and lead nurturing techniques.
- Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- CRT Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
