Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support our customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics operations, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide proactive assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Order Management: Qualify and enter customer orders into our operational execution process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints effectively, providing prompt solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Quotation Management: Qualify customer inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate prices within established parameters.
  • Customer Onboarding: Include customer requirements into our systems, accompanying initial customer orders, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Reporting: Create, refine, and review reports to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in freight forwarding or transport planning, with a focus on Sea Logistics.
  • Process Execution: Ability to understand and execute new processes, with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office features, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Customer Focus: Strong affinity with required customer quality standards and a customer-centric approach.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
