Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to oversee the import and export operations. This role involves coordinating with government ministries, establishing relationships with consulates, and negotiating with banks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with government agencies to ensure timely case follow-ups.
  • Establish partnerships with various consulates to facilitate NOC and export-related works.
  • Negotiate with financial institutions to address import/export concerns.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize delivery processes.
  • Apply knowledge of Electronic Invoicing Framework (EIF) on WEBOC/PSW systems.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (MBA) is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a reputable FMCG or Pharma company.

This is a full-time position that requires working in person.
