We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Create strategic regional sales plans and quotas that align with our business objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of individual stores and employees, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Develop and report on Zonal sales performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven forecasts.
- Select, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Prepare and review annual operating budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze market trends to discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to inform decisions on expansion or acquisition.
- Identify new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven work experience as a senior sales leader, area manager, or similar role.
- MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure ROI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate high-performance teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
