Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Gujranwala, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned region, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing and mentoring the sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive sales performance
- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and proficiency with remote work tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Experience in the health and beauty industry is a plus
