Job Title: SEM Specialist

The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns to meet and exceed client objectives.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for various niches.
  • Design and implement effective SEM campaigns tailored to clients' sales funnels. Optimize bidding strategies and ranges to maximize return on investment.
  • Rapidly test campaign variations to identify top-performing strategies at minimal ad spend.
  • Set up and manage advanced tracking capabilities using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and other tools.
  • Monitor key metrics and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Expand reach by managing Bing Ads campaigns alongside Google Ads.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 2 years of experience after completion of undergraduate degree running SEM campaigns in the United States in a professional setting. Proven track record of managing successful SEM campaigns across various niches. Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and other relevant tools. Experience with UTM parameters and advanced tracking techniques. Familiarity with cross-platform campaign management. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
