Masters in Commerce, Economics and Finance are essential qualifications for this role. With a minimum of 14 years of experience in Oracle Financial (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects, as well as Oracle E-Business Suites R12 (all modules), we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • We require a seasoned expert who has extensive experience in functional environments, including Oracle applications (ERP) health checks, structural design, process alignment, process design, and process mapping, with a focus on reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers and conducting trainings.
  • Discovery, solution development, road map development, solution presentation, feasibility study, analysis, designing, development, testing, and deployment are key aspects of this position.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience in implementing the full lifecycle of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • A deep understanding of business processes and its mapping with Oracle e-business is crucial. The ideal candidate should be able to independently provide business solutions, leveraging effective business communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A good grasp of ERP Business Processes and industry best practices is necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to innovate and continuously improve pre-configuration solutions and methods is vital.
  • Maintenance and enhancement of pre-configured solutions to align with business needs is also required.
  • This position involves leading operations/projects to successfully deploy solutions.
  • Taking ownership of a particular solution offering is essential.
  • Crafting winning and deliverable solutions that offer a winning value proposition is critical.
  • Developing and executing a solution strategy and business plan that supports growth is a key responsibility.
  • Providing expertise to identify and translate business requirements into software solutions is a key aspect of this role.
  • Implementation of new modules, enhancing existing functionalities, and upgrading to new Oracle releases, including proper documentation, are required.
  • Coordinating with end-user departments and other business users for day-to-day activities and resolving issues amicably is essential.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming technologies is necessary.
  • Coordination with Oracle Support, System & Database Administration teams is also required.
  • Collaboration with Report Development teams for customized reports is a key responsibility.
  • Leading the development of formalized solution methodologies is essential.
