
Senior Business Growth Specialist

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all product offerings.
- Effectively market and lease communications infrastructure, Build-to-Suit capabilities, and services to customers within established geographic areas.
- Identify new business opportunities with named wireless carriers, tower owners, consultants, and other new prospects through research, calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Broaden established customer relationships and develop new relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to increase account knowledge and influence.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
- Leverage effective closing skills to drive new business, i.e., overcome customer objections and/or obstacles throughout the sales process.
- Initiate, organize, prepare, and lead customer sales calls with consistent follow-through.
- Champion customer issues, challenges, and opportunities internally while providing excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate and timely pipeline and lease-up forecasting in Salesforce.com.
