Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships with a focus on communication, value addition, and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering strong collaboration and open communication.
  • Oversee key services including account management, issue resolution, and sales growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute growth plans for assigned accounts, working closely with direct reports and international partners.
  • Communicate account strategies and ensure deliverables are met on time, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the Amazon ecosystem, preferably in a reseller or agency setting.
  • Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports and overseeing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Client-facing experience with a track record of delegating tasks and achieving results.
