Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building robust backend systems using modern technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in:

  • Building scalable and performant backend systems with Python, FastAPI, and Cloud Load Balancing.
  • Working with Redis, asyncio, OAuth2.0, Pub/Sub (Protobuf), and Google Firestore (NoSQL).
  • Leveraging LLM libraries like Langgraph and Pinecone.

A deep understanding of backend development best practices is required, including system design, performance optimization, async frameworks, and scalable architecture.

The successful candidate must be able to take initiative, work efficiently, and make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, which includes working closely with customers to understand their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Talk to customers to understand their pain points and requests.
  2. Design and plan potential solutions.
  3. Write the backend for a new feature.
  4. Work with and improve our LLM orchestration.
  5. Set up the infrastructure to support new features.
  6. Implement data observability and error tracking.
  7. Test features, which may involve manual e2e tests and automated integration tests.
  8. Fight fires by knowing when to deploy a quick fix or solve a bug permanently.
  9. Get customer feedback and iterate on the solution.
