Senior Software Development Lead

About the Role:

You will be a key member of our software development team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems. Your expertise in software engineering and technical leadership will drive the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development cycle.
  • Formulating strategies for initiating new modules and software improvements, working jointly with internal customers.
  • Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals.
  • Providing reliable and qualitative solutions to troubleshoot complex problems using sound problem-solving techniques.
  • Managing the internal technical knowledge base and ensuring all technical documentation is up-to-date and complete.
  • Testing new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct for smooth functioning.
  • Setting realistic goals for the team and monitoring progress against the plan.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Outstanding technical skills, particularly in SharePoint and .Net development.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent team leading skills and time management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A constant drive for personal and organizational growth.
  • Flexibility under changing conditions and the ability to multi-task between projects.
