About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering Operations to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex engineering projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Procedures:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Plan, oversee, and execute repair and installation activities effectively.
  • Monitor equipment inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience:
  • Proven experience as a maintenance manager or similar leadership role with a strong understanding of facilities machines and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
