National Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Chief Sales Strategist to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a national network of regional supervisors, group leaders, and agents.
Salary and CompensationOur competitive salary package includes a $2000 monthly base salary, plus a management commission for each confirmed sale generated by your telemarketers. You have control over your schedule, the number of telemarketers you can hire, and your income potential.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs Chief Sales Strategist, you will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, manage a team of regional supervisors, and ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing the corporate structure and hiring 12 Regional Supervisors.
- Recruiting, training, and testing the 12 Regional Supervisors.
- Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly conventions with agents and management.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong leadership and organizational abilities. A Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field is desired, but a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience is also acceptable. Proficiency in the Telecommunications industry and prior sales experience are essential.
