Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, allocating, executing, and delivering all projects according to deadlines and within given budgets.
  2. Lead all brainstorming sessions and pre-proposal sessions as well as coordinate with the teams for implementations.
  3. Manage all teams as well as day-to-day management and take appropriate decisions for projects.
  4. Prepare all project-related documentation including Functional Specs, Change Management, etc. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and project presentations.
  5. As a leader, the PM must identify any issues, find resolutions, and ensure all processes for smooth running office are identified and implemented.
  6. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  7. In charge of resource development and holding regular skills development sessions.
  8. Take ownership of business goals and ensure profitability in projects.
Job Requirements:
  1. 6+ years proven experience in LAMP web development and web applications.
  2. 2+ years proven experience in a leadership role and managing projects.
  3. Must have a history of successfully delivering projects with some examples of web projects.
  4. Familiarity with latest technologies, languages, and trends.
  5. Must have hands-on experience of PHP, Codeigniter, Databases, Development cycles/methodologies, problem solving, and other project management activities.
  6. Must be up to speed with market and a keen researcher/reader.
  7. Strong verbal, interpersonal, leadership, management, and written communication skills.
  8. Must be a people person and a team player along with being very well organized personally.
  9. Excellent language skills specifically English and writing.
