Job Overview

Premier Group is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional performance.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales and orders booked by representatives, ensuring optimal sales strategies are implemented and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily sales performance and optimize sales through data-driven interventions.
  • Drive channel-wise targets of GT, LMT & IMT by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Achieve and maintain effective SKU coverage and route optimization.
  • Promote unique customers through rigorous penetration strategies and increase per day sales productivity.
  • Develop and implement aggressive sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or distribution industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer market dynamics.
