Principal User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX design specialist to join our team. As a senior UX designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless product development.
- Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Design graphic user interface elements, build page navigation buttons and search fields, and create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in UI/UX design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
