Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team with a primary focus on automation and AI-assisted testing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and drive agile testing techniques and best practices throughout QA teams
  2. Leading QA engineers and automation testers, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring clear test results, metrics, and quality issues to stakeholders
  3. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals
  4. Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing
  5. Leverage AI and Machine Learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process
  6. Lead efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) within the team
  7. Oversee planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle and ensuring proper test coverage across releases. Ensure that the process is fully integrated into Agile sprints, emphasizing continuous delivery and test-driven development (TDD)
  8. Define and monitor key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  9. Provide detailed reports on automation test results and system performance, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements
  1. Proven experience (8+ years) in a QA leadership or management role, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions
  2. Extensive experience of implementing agile testing techniques and best practices
  3. Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.)
  4. Hands-on experience with AI techniques applied to QA automation (e.g., AI-driven testing, anomaly detection, predictive analytics)
  5. Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  6. Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools for test automation, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant libraries
  7. Strong experience with test management and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, Testrail)
  8. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Mocha
  9. Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner)
  10. Proven leadership skills in building and nurturing high-performing teams, with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and innovation
  11. Able to set realistic expectations within the team and across all stakeholders while also bringing creative solutions to challenges, ensuring continued effective progress in managing stakeholder expectations
  12. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  13. Relevant certification (in Scrum, Agile, or Agile Testing)
