Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with assigned team members to onboard new clients and ensure seamless setups
  2. Assist with various accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, AP, and AR
  3. Prepare and present high-quality financial reports, including annual financial statements
  4. Support team members in developing financial models, cash flow forecasts, and profitability analyses
  5. Compile and analyze financial information to identify trends and areas for improvement
  6. Work closely with project managers to transition, upgrade, or implement financial systems
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Candidates should be CA Inter or ACCA students with no more than 4 papers remaining
  2. Technical proficiency in accounting and financial management, including the ability to prepare financial statements
  3. Strong accounting skills, with expertise in generating, preparing, and reviewing general ledger, journal entries, and records according to GAAP
  4. Ability to identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity, and to improve accounting processes and procedures
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with diverse personalities and roles within the firm
  6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members, plan work efficiently, and execute projects within budget

Compensation and Benefits

  1. PKR25,000 upon joining, subject to shortlisting
  2. Regular salary increments every 6 months, based on quarterly performance reviews
  3. Exam leaves and opportunities for professional development
