Job Title: Property and Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Property and Operations Executive to manage our real estate portfolio and oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of properties to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform property-related decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, vendors, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, business, or hospitality.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
